Below are details regarding our Mobile App offering

Keseray has developed and built the first Train Delay/refund mobile application
The Application is designed to streamline the claims process for a traveller who suffers a delay on the Greater Anglia Train network
The App works by allowing the user to enter their person details (which are not retained by the app or Keseray Ltd) along with details regarding the delay and the ticket type. This is then submitted, electronically to Greater Anglia for refund (based upon their refund charter)

The application is simple and easy to use, all but the delay information is sorted on the phone so any subsequent claims are completed quickly, a claim can be completed off-line and once submitted will send itself once the user connects to the internet, and finally you can submit as many (valid) claims as you like on-line or off-line
